Abstract: Charles and Laura Woodruff were married in Milwaukee’s Bay View neighborhood in 1901. Charles found work with the Chicago, Milwaukee & St. Paul Railroad, and he and his family remained in Milwaukee until his employer moved him to Iowa in 1921.
Scope and Content: The collection consists of a history written by Mark Woodruff regarding Mary Ann and Laura Woodruff, his great-grandmother and grandmother. Also included are post cards to and from the Woodruff and Jewell families.
