History
Started in 1844 by Oliver Damon and completed in 1847 by his son Lowell, the house is believed to be Wauwatosa's oldest residence and stands as a classic example of a colonial home. It was given to the Milwaukee County Historical Society in 1941 by the sons of Alexander Rogers, a former owner. Since then it has operated as a museum.
Please call (414) 412-1662 or contact the Society for more information.
