The Historical Society is poised to reopen its renovated Historical Center and increase the visibility of its programs. The Board of Directors seeks an individual who can bring the organization to the next level of fund raising capacity, marketing and outreach. The successful candidate will possess solid leadership and problem solving skills, be visionary, creative and forward thinking. The ability to foster a healthy organizational culture, to encourage teamwork and collaboration, and manage the organization’s finances is critical.
To greet Historical Center visitors in a friendly and positive manner; efficiently facilitate sales and transactions; correctly answer inquires for information about the Center’s exhibits and programs; take reservations for Historical Society programs; and handle mailings and supply orders for Historical Society staff.
